Join the fun at DogFest North Idaho, a festival that brings dog lovers together for a cause. Whether you have a dog or simply love them, spend the day at DogFest and celebrate our canine friends and heroes that bring joy to our lives. All funds raised benefit Canine Companions for Independence and their mission of matching assistance dogs with children, adults and veterans with disabilities, free of charge. These expertly-trained assistance dogs make a profound impact through the jobs they do like opening doors, picking up dropped items, alerting to sounds and much more.
Gather your friends, family and dogs and head to Forrest Bird Charter School in Sandpoint, ID on June 22nd for the 2nd annual DogFest North Idaho. We are excited to have KXLY4's Kris Crocker emcee the event! Everyone is invited to join us for a day of fun and crazy canine games, contests, activities, inspiring speakers, vendor booths, food, music and more! Meet City of Sandpoint Mayor Shelby Rogstad and Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce President, Kate McAlister. Registration is free, but fundraising is encouraged!
