Help name a Canine Companions puppy-in-training SHULMAN in honor of the late Steve Shulman of Leschi Market!
Let's raise money to honor Steve Shulman by naming a futureCanine Companions puppy in trainingSHULMAN!
I am a table captain for our upcoming Sit. Stay. Sparkle. gala with my husband (Courtney and Chris Lee) and our goal is to raise 25k. If we attain our goal we will have the opportunity to name a puppy for Canine Companions. We know we can do it with your help, as a member of the Leschi Market community, and when we do, we will name a puppy, Shulman!
How better to honor the generosity of Steve, his passion for what Canine Companions does in providing assistance dogs to veterans, kids and adults with disabilities, free of charge. Steve loved our puppies and we are so excited to have puppy Shulman join the Puget Sound Chapter and meet all of you amazing Leschi Market fans.
Please consider a donation in any amount, it adds up! We are already 1/2 way to our goal so we are setting the remaining goal to 10k!
This year the Canine Companions Sit. Stay. Sparkle. gala is going virtual on Oct. 3rd. If you would like to donate via the Canine Companions' website or register to join us at the gala, please go to www.cci.org/sitstaysparkle but be sure to choose our names as your table captain so your support goes to naming Shulman. If you work for a company that generously matches your donations, please submit a request for a match.

Did you know?
Each Canine Companions assistance dog is specially matched with a person with a disability. The connection and bond that the team has is incredible! These dogs not only open doors, pick up dropped items and turn on light switches, they provide greater independence and an amazing life-time partnership.
Please help me reach my fundraising goal by making a tax-deductible contribution. Your gift will help open more doors for people with disabilities. Every dollar counts! Together, we can change lives four paws at a time.
